How often should I use the full routine?
Use the Lymphatic Brush daily or as often as you like β it only takes a few minutes. Use the LED Mask 3β5 times per week. Apply the Overnight Wrapping Mask on nights you're not masking, or as often as your skin needs it. Use the Bounce Balm every morning or night.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
