DO NOT use the The Naked Skin Handset™ LED system to treat any other conditions apart from those listed in the indications for use. The Naked Skin Handset™ LED system has not been tested for any other conditions than those listed and the risk is unknown.

1. What is the recommended treatment regimen for The Naked Skin Handset & The Naked Skin handset 2.0:

We recommend using the devices 3-5 times per week 5-10mins. Consistency is key, so find what works best for you!

2. Can I use it with my current skincare products?

The Naked Skin handset is compatible with most skin care routines. You should always apply your skin care products after treatments.

3. Should I use any serum/creams or other skincare products underneath my device?

A light water-based serum or moisturiser is okay. Any other products could impact the amount of light reaching the skin and reduce effectiveness, could possibly cause a skin reaction, or may damage the Naked Skin Handset.

4. Is Naked Skin safe to use with Retinol?

We generally do not recommend combining retinol with any form of light therapy, as there is always a risk of reaction. While some individuals do use both products concurrently with no adverse reaction, transparency regarding potential effects is paramount to us. We strongly advise consulting with your dermatologist or provider, who can give you personalised guidance based on your skin's unique needs.

5. Will red light therapy help with psoriasis, rosacea, or eczema?

Many users have reported noticeable improvements. Research and user experiences suggest red light therapy may help reduce symptoms and improve skin appearance in some cases. We recommend seeing a dermatologist if you have concerns.

While red light therapy has shown potential for improving melasma in some cases, we recommend consulting a dermatologist if you have any concerns. Skin type and tone may need to be evaluated to ensure light therapy is safe and effective for your needs.

7. Will this help with my acne?

Yes, blue light can help reduce acne and prevent future breakouts. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting a dermatologist for personalised advice.

8. Will this work for me?

Naked Skin has delivered incredible results for many customers. However, skincare is not one-size-fits-all, and on rare occasions, it may not suit everyone’s unique skin. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your dermatologist for personalised advice.

9. My Device is not charging, what’s wrong?

Please check that your country-specific adapter is fully pushed into the charger. To ensure that the adapter is fully attached, you must push the adapter into the charger until you hear and feel a “click.” Please do not use your device while it is plugged in.
