The bristles are soft and better than expected. There’s no case to store the item and not sure I would have purchased it, if it wasn’t buy one get one free. My only gripe was the tracking. Delivery was slow. You have to download the SHOP app just to see how your delivery is travelling. The minute I logged in it told me it had been delivered. Felt like I’d been scammed.

It only takes a few minutes, i literally do it while im sitting in the car for school pick up. Such a beautoful brush, gentle but does the job.

Loving the brushes, the bristles are soft and do their job effortlessly. However, the plastic around them is quite sharp in places, hence not 5 stars. Overall though im really happy.
