Step 1 — Sculpt
Open your lymph nodes first. Use the Contour Brush in upward, outward strokes across your face, jaw, and neck for 3–5 minutes. Drains fluid, lifts the face, preps your skin for everything that follows.

Apply the LED Mask for 10–15 minutes, 3–5 times per week. Choose your light, relax, done.

How often should I use the full routine?
Use the Lymphatic Brush daily or as often as you like — it only takes a few minutes. Use the LED Mask 3–5 times per week. Apply the Overnight Wrapping Mask on nights you're not masking, or as often as your skin needs it. Use the Bounce Balm every morning or night.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All four products are designed to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you have active skin conditions, consult your GP or dermatologist before using the LED Mask.
How long until I see results?
Most customers notice a visible difference within 2–3 weeks of consistent use. Full results are typically visible at 30 days.
